Management System Implementation for Air Operators

Aircraft Operators subject to Annex III of the Air Operations Regulation (Part-ORO) are required to implement a Management System including safety risk assessments and compliance monitoring. This includes commercial specialised operators (aerial work operators) and non-commercial operators of complex-motor powered aircraft (subject to Part-SPO or Part-NCC). This can appear to be a daunting prospect and one with the potential to have a negative impact on your business. It needn’t be that way.

We can brief you on the requirements, conduct a gap analysis, develop a project plan, update your documentation, train your personnel and coach you through the introduction of safety management and compliance monitoring systems. We can help you identify tools to help you manage the required information. There is no standard template for this, and we can’t do all the work for you, but we can help you to implement the regulations in a practical way that will work for your organisation.

You may find that all you need is for us to explain the requirements and that from then on you manage the project yourself.
